My name is Bill and I am the founder and photographer for Bill Mortley Photography. One thing I have learned is how quickly time passes and how precious even the simplest moment can be. It is my goal to capture these moments for you and your family to enjoy for years to come. I shoot weddings at various hotels on St. Lucia, West Indies and sometimes on other Caribbean Islands. I love photographing each moment at a
wedding - from the smiles to the 
frowns and everything in between. It is my goal to create treasured memories by providing portraits that capture the spirit and true personality.
